0. All rabbits are sold 'As Is'. We cannot gurantee or predict how a rabbit will look and or develope in the future.
1. All rabbits are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
2. We hold the right to refuse and or end a sale at any time.
3. All rabbits listed for sale are free from any disqualifications, unless otherwise stated.
4. The prices listed are subject to change at anytime according to the development of the rabbit(s).
5. We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to hold a rabbit(s) for a maxium time period of 2 weeks (unless you make other arrangements). If you decide not purchase the rabbit(s), or we do not receive the full payment at then end of the 2nd week, you forfeit your deposit.
6. We cannot guarantee the show quality or reproductive ability of any rabbit(s) that we sell.
7. Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental permission to complete a purchase over the internet.
8. Payments are accepted in the following forms: cash, money order, certified check, or personal check upon preapproval
9. If you choose to use a personal check as payment, we have the right to hold the rabbit(s) pedigree(s) until the check clears. You will not recieve the pedigree(s) until the purchase price has been paid in full.
10. We reserve the right to complete a sale in person rather than over the Internet.
11. All rabbits sold must retain the herd prefix BT's or other applicable herd prefix. Also, all Registered rabbits or rabbits that have raised or sired litters must keep the same name they had before being sold.
